This will be an evening of connection, crafting, and receiving.
We’ll settle into our time together with some warm cacao while we take some time to reflect on a couple of journal prompts. After sharing (if you like) we will move into a creative group project! Don’t worry, we will provide all the supplies for the evening, just come with an open mind and ready to make some art! Lastly, we will drop into a guided meditation and sound bath to close our evening out.
Please bring your journal and pen and a favorite mug for cacao if you have one!
Please note that we will be documenting this event! Our friend Sadie has flown in from Arizona to help us capture some content for our business so she will be taking photos and video during the evening. No pressure, just come as you are, ready to connect and receive!
