These are very interactive workshops. Please come prepared to interact and share with the group. Please bring a journal or paper and a pen.
The workshop will be held outside in the beautiful energy of Mother Earth! Nature is incorporated into the workshop and is an integral part of it. If you would like to bring a chair or a blanket to sit on in the grass or in the sun, please feel free to do so. We are meeting under the pavilion.
