Women’s Empowerment Workshop

Women are repeatedly told to use our voices, take control of our lives, and be strong and self-sufficient. However, society continues to restrict us by the social expectations to prioritize everyone but ourselves. As our cultures expect more from our performance, careers, and achievements, there continues to be the expectation of caring for everyone else on top of that. This workshop helps to develop the sense of self that we struggle to find time for and to learn to trust that self through our own values and embodiment. This workshop uses proven methods toward the development of agency in all areas of life; including sexuality, career, spirituality, romantic and familial relationships, and overall wellness.
