This playful, grounding Virgo New Moon is the perfect time to try something new—to clear your mental clutter, reset your energy, and reconnect with yourself through joyful, intentional movement.
🌿 WHEN: August 24th 7PM TO 9PM
🌿 WHERE: Franny’s Mercato, Meaford ON
🌿 WHAT TO EXPECT:
• No choreography—just free, feel-good movement
• A supportive group of women
• Music, breath, sound bath and a sprinkle of ritual
• You, moving at your own pace, just as you are
We will have time to connect with others while enjoying a light snack and refreshment provided by Franny.
