What to Bring: - Water - A journal and pen - A pillow, blanket, or yoga mat for comfort - A bathing suit (to wear underneath your clothing) - Items for the collective altar (optional)

Join us on Sunday, February 23rd, at 3:33-6:00pm for a transformative journey into radical self-love. This sacred gathering is priced at $22 and will guide you toward embracing and loving yourself just as you are, while also understanding that self-love includes the desire to improve, grow, and nurture your well-being. Radical self-love does not mean you shouldn't strive to stay healthy or pursue personal growth. It’s about accepting your body and yourself as you are right now, appreciating your uniqueness, and honoring your current form. It also means setting healthy boundaries and healing the traumas in your life to fully love yourself on a deep, authentic level. During this women’s circle, we will engage in practices that foster self-compassion, healing, and empowerment, including a special "mirroring" body image activity. To participate in the class, please wear a bathing suit underneath your clothing. Women are also encouraged to bring personal items to contribute to the collective altar. These can include meaningful objects such as crystals, flowers, candles, or any other sacred items that resonate with your energy and intentions. Let’s create a space of support, growth, and transformation as we explore what it truly means to embrace radical self-love.
