Ideal for women of all ages and backgrounds, our Women’s Circle offers a nurturing environment for self-discovery and empowerment.Join us for September’s Women's Circle as we focus on the throat chakra. Gather with us to explore, heal, and balance the energy of their throat chakra, also known as Vishuddha 💙 The throat chakra, located at the base of the neck, is associated with communication, self-expression, and truth. When this chakra is open and balanced, it allows individuals to speak their truth with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.
Join us and enjoy:
- A guided meditation centered on the throat chakra
- Cacao Ceremony to warm and open the throat & heart.
- Sound vibration & Chanting to energetically cleanse and balance this chakra.
- Sharing Circle in a safe, non-judgmental space, allowing for open, heartfelt communication.
- Journaling to aids in removing any blocks that hinder authentic self-expression.
- Creative Expression through mindful movement & dance to help release tension and open the energy flow.

- Journal and pen
- A yoga mat or chair
