Women’s circle - summer solstice

Imagine a space where you can make friends, be vulnerable, learn and grow ?

Once a month we will come together in circle. We will begin with a relaxing meditation, a workshop or guest speaker, Oracle cards and sharing circle ?

Starting with a group meditation and bresthwork exercise to connect with the solstice energy.

Intention Setting: Light candles and sharing our intentions for the summer months.

Creative Expression: a journaling exercise about growth and blossoming and we will draw each others energy ?

Future topics we will cover will include spirituality, wellness, menopause, psychic medium, the chakras.
