Women have been gathering in circle for centuries. A women's circle is an intentional space for you to come together with other women to feel connected, there are extraordinary healing impacts of women coming together.

• This circle is a brave space where you can feel connected to our collective humanness, to your true self. Allow yourself the gift of softening into the present moment, to peace and feel your nervous system soothed. This is a space where you are loved and accepted exactly as you are.

• This is a space where you have full permission to leave all your masks, roles and responsibilities as a woman at the door. Re-discover the parts of you that have been hidden.

• There’s an opportunity for you to deepen into the connectedness to other women, and know that you are not alone in whatever you are experiencing in life.

• For women who long for a space to just be you, to rest, to sit side - by side with other women, this nurturing intentional space is co - created lovingly for you.

I invite you to our monthly in person Women’s circle:

All you need to bring is yourself. I also suggest to bring a cosy blanket so you can feel as comfortable as possible. There’s an opportunity to bring along a small offering for our centrepeice. Women used to gather around a fire, so our centrepiece is reflective of this ancient tradition. But don’t worry if you don’t bring anything. Some examples of what women have added before have been small photos of loved ones, something meaningful, a flower or something from nature.

There will also be complimentary herbal tea served for you on arrival.
