Selichot is a time of reflection, forgiveness, and opening the heart. Forgiveness is a doorway to healing, renewal, and peace.As a part of our practice this week, we'll be observing a period of fasting. Please only bring water with you, and I invite you to fast or eat lightly before you arrive. This is meant to be a positive challenge, so please only participate if it feels right for you and your health allows.
Together we’ll flow with: ✨ Mindful meditation grounding and intention setting ✨ Gentle movement, listening to what the body asks ✨ Guided visualization meditation for forgiveness and release ✨ Quiet reflection and sharing from the heart
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow to make yourself comfortable as we lie down on our visualization meditation.
