Hosted by Anna Przybylo*, a Yoga Teacher and Wellbeing and Menstrual Cycle Coach, this workshop is an invitation for you to connect with your body; tune into the more subtle aspects of your being; and to be part of a like-minded, supportive, and non-judgemental community. What to expect?

- A hormone yoga practice : the foundations of the practice with space for questions
- a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra practice at the end of the session.

About Hormone Yoga:
Hormone Yoga was designed by Dinah Rodrigues to help women with hormonal imbalance related to PMS, irregular menstrual cycle, PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome) and to manage some of the symptoms of perimenopause and menopause. The hormone yoga practice consists of a series of simple physical yoga poses with a breathing technique called 'Bhastrika', which involves active abdominal breathing that stimulates the organs and the glands in the lower abdomen. It is then followed by Yoga Nidra/relaxation and calming pranayamas to help to soothe the nervous system and reap the benefits of the practice. Hormone Yoga can be practiced during menstruation. However, during this time Bhastrika breath will be replaced with gentle belly breathing.
