Then, take a moment to ground yourself in the large standing singing bowl, letting the vibrations settle your energy and prepare your heart for connection.
💫 Inside the circle:
• Share stories of holiday traditions kept, released, and reimagined
• Reflect on what truly brings you joy this time of year
• Practice self-care by discovering what it means to celebrate the holidays your way
• End with a sound bath and Reiki healing to send you into the season with peace and presence.
