As a woman you are not supposed to go through life alone. Your ancient ancestors knew the importance of community and its healing benefits on the mind, body and soul.
They sang, danced, shared stories, laughed and cried together in ritual to connect with nature, each other and celebrate the feminine.
Goddess Reclamation Events mission is to bring back this sacred path of healing and empower women with the space and tools to transform their pain into purpose.

� You will then relax into a beautiful crystal bowl sound bath with different healing instruments that’ll support you to cut cords from the past, release trapped energy and promote inner peace.
Sound healing is an ancient technology that has been used for thousands of years for healing. The frequencies created by sound are scientifically proven to bring your mental, emotional, physical and energy body back to its natural state of being - homeostasis.

Details:
When: Sunday June 23rd at 6:30-8:30pm. Due to the nature of the event please make sure to arrive on time. Doors will be locked by 6:45pm to respect the flow of the circle.
Where: The Yoga Manifesto, 10 Keys Street, Beaumaris 3193.
What to bring: An open mind and heart. Pen and notebook. Blanket. Pillow. Eye Mask/Cover. A yoga mat will be provided at the venue unless you wish to bring your own.
What to wear: Comfortable and relaxed clothing

Kiana
Kiana is a spiritual life coach, yogi, speaker and intuitive channel bridging the gap between everyday life and the yogic path. She brings a tangible way to practice spirituality that is grounded and practical without the need to travel to the himalayas or sacrifice your human essence.
Kiana supports her clients to transform their disconnection from purpose, unconscious blocks and lack of clarity into living with soul purpose, embodying their higher self and leading with the clarity to know their next best step.

Michelle
Michelle is a trained Reiki therapist and a certified SoulNar Sound and Energy Healing Practitioner. She uses a combination of sound and energy to bring the body to a state of relaxation and healing.
Michelle will be facilitating the crystal bowl sound bath with different instruments to create waves of harmonic sound to support you on your healing journey.
