Join me on 10th January for our first Women’s circle of 2026 🌟
These Women’s Circle are a restful pause from everyday life, a space where you can breathe, unwind, and come home to yourself.
Drawing on 14 years of experience working with the body, each month I guide you through different self-care practices to support your wellbeing.
You’ll be invited into moments of quiet reflection, optional sharing, and simple practices that help you listen inwardly with compassion. There is no pressure to perform, you’re welcome to fully take part or simply receive.
Alongside the practice, there will be homemade treats, warm teas, and small thoughtful offerings to make the space feel cosy, tended, and special. The venue is peaceful, with heated floors to support deep rest.
This is a space for women to feel seen, held, nourished, and supported -a monthly ritual to refill your cup and reconnect with your inner self.

A gentle reset for the new year. We’ll explore practices that support release -mentally, emotionally, and physically, creating space for what you want to welcome in.
