✨Each woman’s circle gathering has a unique flow based off of the circle leader’s guidance balanced with the contributions of the women who attend. The core goal of our circle is to continuously build upon foundation of safety and trust to foster a space where authentic connection and expression within yourself and with other women in the circle is possible.

✨There will be a brief yoga warm up at the beginning of each circle and a brief relaxation meditation at the end. The space between the start and end of the circle could include anything from prompt led discussions, “free style” discussions, music, meditation, readings, sound healing, an occasional pot luck, and more!
