Welcome! Rest Yourself Family Ministries is a Christ-centered community dedicated to providing support and resources to women and families through our monthly Bible studies, seasonal retreats, and programs that offer hope and healing.

Our 501(c)3 nonprofit also operate a residential discipleship home for women and children in need, offering a safe space for restoration and growth.
