Hi Acroyogis 🦋🐒 If you are a beginner to Acroyoga and have been wanting to jam but haven’t yet gotten the chance yet, I’m gathering interest for an all-women’s beginner friendly Acroyoga jam!

I would love to lead us in a space where we will —

🤸🏻‍♀️ learn basic Acroyoga etiquette and safety

💞 celebrate women, trust, and joy through movement

🌺 share our intentions for connection and play

💫 experience partner base flyer connection games

No experience is necessary, just curiosity and a willingness to connect with new friends! Think sleepover with the girls like the good old days!
