$Women\u2019s Autumn Equinox Retreat$

At Autumn Equinox (Mabon) the wisdom of the season invites us to dance with polarities, transitioning into autumn, as we gather once more in mystical Rudston under the gaze of the ancient monolith.
At the still point, as the Wheel of the Year turns, this time of balance where light and dark are equal length, we will share and journal our experiences of this often tender, emotional, vulnerable, and broken-open time of the year. We will call on Mama Cacao to open our Hearts and connect us with Spirit, as we celebrate and give thanks for all our blessings and bounty ~ creating sacred space as we slow down, and gently surrender to this change, as darkness slowly begins to take over light, as the nights slowly start to get longer and days get shorter, as we leave summer behind and welcome autumn.
Together we will weave seasonal wisdom, as we dance, drum and journey, as we celebrate the turning season and this time of transition ~ we will create a space to slow down, re-attune, and prepare for the return of the Cailleach, the goddess of Winter ❄️
An equisite lunch will be provided by Nut and Nettle chef Beth Chrislow.
