Starts 9:30am - Mondays 10th November - ends Monday 8th December
1 hour sessions
Group size: Max 8
Includes: Boxing training, habit-building guidance, motivational support

This will be a friendly, fun and exciting course where you’ll ease some daily stresses hitting pads & learn functional skills for boxing without getting hit!
Boxing gloves will be supplied - I also sell boxing gloves in pink, yellow & black/white/gold. Boxing wraps in pink, black & red.
