This is a nurturing practice combining Yoni Shakti womb yoga practices into a gentle feminine vinyasa & yin fusion
The Yoni Shakti exercises combine sacred hand gestures with gentle movement & sacred sounds to deeply connect with our spiritual womb & heart energy centres
The class will be infused with the spiritual & sensual energy Scorpio season brings us
We will close practice with time for integration - herbal tea, dark chocolate & sharing with fellow women in a safely held, nurturing space
This is your space to reconnect back to your femininity & connect to your highest self in perfect preparation of the 11/11 portal the following day (important & powerful day for manifesting in numerology & astrology)
Yoga mats, bolsters, blocks & blankets all provided. Wear clothing you are comfortable doing gentle yoga in. Feel free to bring a journal or special mug.
