We will open with a 75 minute Restorative Yoga Class, followed by a 45 minute Circular Breath practice which is designed to bring you up close and personal with your most authentic Self - pour yourself into the Radical Rest Journal/workbook for an hour before nourishing your body with a delicious hOMe made lunch!

After lunch some discussion about clarity and the role the Herd plays in our programs here At hOMe, a visit to the Paddock to experience the healing power of being in the Herd before stepping back into an art integration and closing with a Yoga Nidra/Sound Bath finish to your day!
