Our next women's only BJJ training is coming up on Saturday, January 30th led by Coach Megan! Class will be in the afternoon from 12:00-1:30 pm.This event is free and open to any women interested in Jiu Jitsu training, regardless of team affiliation or experience level (even new students)!
