A 3-hour immersive, empowering outdoor movement journey designed for women to reconnect with body, nature, and creativity.
We’ll explore:
🌲 Natural movement in forest terrain (rucking, crawling, balancing, climbing)
🌬️ Eco-somatic practices to deepen sensory connection
🎨 Creative wild art using found materials or smartphone photography
🧗♀️ Rock + tree exploration to spark play + confidence
🌊 Beach grounding + optional sea dip
🥗 BYO picnic to rest and connect
All levels welcome — regressions/progressions offered to keep the energy fun and supportive!
💪 What’s Rucking?
Rucking = walking with a weighted backpack.
We call it Strength in Motion — a natural, bone-strengthening, posture-improving practice rooted in ancestral movement.
Bring:
🎒 Backpack with water, snacks, swim gear, towel, layers
⚖️ Optional: small/medium sandbag for added strength work
🧘 Breath, curiosity, and a playful spirit!

Gail Mahon is an ecoartist, somatic movement practitioner, MOVNAT Level 2 trainer, and researcher. Founder of The Clay Gymnasium, Gail supports women through embodied, nature-based practices that nourish strength, creativity, and ecological awareness — especially through life transitions like menopause.
