4pm Onwards 🌞 Arrival time to land + connect with the gorgeous land, babbling brook, ancient woodland and sauna/enjoy a cuppa in the peace + quiet/connect with other guests
6:30- 7:30pm 🍲 Dinner
8-9pm 🌷 Gentle yoga + meditation to fully arrive + relax
9-10pm ⭕️ Opening Circle to connect with every body + set your intentions*
10-10:30pm 🎼 Sound Bath to unwind before bed

8-9am 🌿 Morning yoga flow focusing on the root chakra to ground + energise
9-10am 🍎 Breakfast
10:00 ~ 12:15pm 🌹 Awakened Belly dance connecting with the root + sacral chakras to tap into a sense of deep ancestral knowing, sensuality + creativity
12:30~1:30pm 🍵 Lunch
1:30 ~ 2:30pm 🦋 Breath work + body painting to feel playful + curious
2:30~4:30pm 🤎 Creative Cacao Ceremony to connect deeply with your heart space
4:30 ~ 6:30pm Free time 🌲 to rest + digest (in all senses!) journal, sauna, walk etc

7:30 ~ 9pm ⚡️Vocal Activation Workshop to connect with the power of your voice + throat
9pm Onwards 🔥 Fire w Singing, dancing, drumming, storytelling in the round house

10:15 ~ 12:15pm 🪬 innerdance somatic sound journey inspired by the energies of Samhain, connecting with our ancestors, and our highest self with the energy of the crown chakra to connect deeply with every aspect of our being
12:30-1:30pm 🍵 Lunch
1:30-2:30pm 🌸 Relaxation + Journaling to process + create space
2:30~3:30pm ⭕️ Closing Circle to integrate + hold the magic of the weekend and dream of our intentions moving forwards into the winter months*
