Many of you who’ve attended Lucy’s sessions over the past 18 months will recognise me, as I’ve been supporting attendees with Reiki and Reflexology throughout that time. With Lucy moving to Australia, I’ve decided to take the reins and continue supporting this wonderful community.
I’ve met so many incredible women through these evenings, and I’m excited to offer a dedicated space to switch off, reset, and focus purely on yourself.
While I’m not Lucy — and the sessions will have my own special touch — a warm welcome, deep calm, and a supportive atmosphere are very much guaranteed.
It may be wet and dark outside, but we’re here to gently ease you through the long nights and winter gloom. Our January session focuses on a New Year Reset, releasing what no longer serves you emotionally and mentally as you step into the year ahead.
Evening Flow
We’ll begin with Qigong with Rachel, flow into Breathwork with Diane Tanner, and close the evening with a deeply calming Sound Bath with myself.
