About this Event
Let's gather together for our Women's Wellness Circle at the new Nourish and Flourish! Come be immersed in a restorative and inspiring evening of Divine Feminine energy, Sisterhood and self care. We will envelope the space in a sound bath, while practicing gentle Qigong and restorative breathwork. Reiki will be sent to each participant during our guided meditation to seal in the wellness practice.
