About this Event

Spring into Healing Together

🌿 Bloom Where You Are Rooted: A Healing Circle for Women of Color 🌿

As daughters of immigrants and women of color, many of us have been taught to put everyone else’s needs first and carry the weight of the world on our shoulders. It’s easy to forget about our own well-being, let alone practice self-care. But true healing doesn’t happen in isolation—it happens when we come together and support each other.

This introductory healing circle is here to show you that healing doesn’t have to be a solo journey. Led by a Trauma Therapist - Dyshni Sritharan, you will be gently guided through a powerful experience that will help you reflect, heal, and connect with others who understand the unique struggles you face.

This space is for women who crave deep, meaningful connections and want to go beyond surface-level conversations!

✨ Explore the patterns that have shaped your self-care and reconnect with what truly nourishes you—mind, body, and heart.

✨ Experience healing in a supportive space—no need to figure it out alone

✨ Connect with women who share similar journeys and struggles

✨ Move beyond self-care and into community care

Together, we’ll soften, heal, and bloom—with support, encouragement, and understanding. To ensure a meaningful and enriching experience for everyone, this session will only have a maximum of 8 participants.

🌸 About Your Host – Dyshni Sritharan, MSW, RSW

Hi, I’m Dyshni! I’m a registered trauma therapist and social worker with a deep passion for holding space for women—especially daughters of immigrants—who are navigating healing, self-care, and the weight of being “strong” for everyone else.

Through Healing Cycles Therapy, I guide women in breaking cycles of survival mode and stepping into a life of self-compassion, connection, and true rest. My approach is holistic, culturally aware, and community-centered, ensuring that you don’t have to heal alone.

This workshop is a gentle invitation to go beyond traditional self-care and explore what it means to care for yourself in a way that feels nourishing and sustainable—mind, body, and soul.

I can’t wait to hold space for you in this healing circle. 💛
