Overview: Step into a supportive and inspiring space designed to help women prioritize wellness, set meaningful goals, and foster creativity. Women’s Wellness and Art blends neurographic art making, and mindful reflection to encourage personal growth and self-care in a nurturing community. Each attendee will select a reflection journal to keep. Art materials provided.

Who Should Join:This group is perfect for women seeking to align their health goals with creative self-expression while connecting with like-minded peers in a supportive environment. No prior art experience is needed—just an open mind and willingness to explore! New moms, hard working professionals who need a reset, teachers, basically anyone looking to have some time to themselves and be creative while focusing on their mental health, and physical well being for 2025.

What to Expect:

Reflection & Goal Setting: Through a variety of art prompts, participants will create their own vision board and reflection book that will act as a guide to explore their health, movement, and nutrition goals for 2025.
Creative Expression: A variety of art materials, including paints, markers, and collage supplies, will be available for creating personalized visual representations of wellness journeys.
Guided Prompts: Thought-provoking prompts will spark inspiration, offering opportunities for deeper exploration and clarity in goal setting around movement and nutrition.
Mindful Movement: Gentle stretches or grounding exercises will help participants reconnect with their bodies and promote relaxation.
Connection & Sharing: Group discussions and peer support will foster a sense of community and inspiration among participants.
90-minutes of creativity led by a seasoned Art Therapist.
Coffee, Tea, and a light healthy snack to munch on while creating.
