Welcome to the Women's Wellbeing Workshop number 2! I am very excited to bring to you another 2 hour women's only workshop to give you the chance to focus on yourself and feel the benefits of physical activity along with meditation and sound healing.
For those who do not know, for almost 13 years, I have been studying under Sheila Kennedy (www.sheila-kennedy.com) as a Vibrational Sounds practitioner. We work with cellular memory, dissipating trauma and instructing the body with words, frequency, and intention to heal itself.
This well-being workshop is for those who would like to enjoy a few hours of health and wellness and to feel the benefits of a total mind, body, and soul nourishing.
Take the time out for you to learn, grow, and be around others in a supportive environment.
What to expect?
- 45-minute workout that will be inspired by Jiu-Jitsu movements that will give you a full body workout. NO wrestling or partner drills, these are solo exercises that will be done in a circuit.
This workout is beginner friendly, at your own pace, with lots of encouragement to give every exercise ago. You will be surprised what you can achieve!
- A wonderful guided full body stretch
- A vibrational sound healing to bring your mind, body, and soul into alignment and ensure your muscles leave feeling amazing.
- yummy fruit platter and iced herbal tea
Cost: $50
Open to only 10 participants.
Members and non-members are welcome.
Each Women's Wellbeing Workshop I do is a different workout and sound healing so that those who wish to attend again shall get a different experience and more knowledge to add to their tool kit.
