At this workshop you'll hear from three expert female speakers each running their own interactive sessions designed to support your personal and professional wellbeing. You'll explore practical strategies for managing stress boosting resilience and creating a positive work-life balance all while connecting with others who value wellbeing as much as you do.
Session 1: Louise Viggers - Temple Spa
In this interactive session Louise will focus on practical hands-on wellbeing you can actually feel. You'll explore quick breathing exercises to calm your mind techniques to ease upper body tension (perfect for anyone glued to a laptop or phone) and tips for better sleep so you wake up refreshed. Expect real examples easy routines and guidance you can put into practice immediately.

Session 2: Ildiko Sealey - Encorepreneurs' Club Ltd

You'll get a clear overview of the framework and a guided worksheet to reflect on your time energy and each area of your health so you can spot what to prioritise and where small changes will make the biggest difference. Session 3: Claire Thomas - Nourish To Soar
In this session, Claire Thomas will show you how to improve your nutrition so your energy stays balanced throughout the day. You’ll learn practical tips to avoid the dreaded 3pm slump and resist the urge to reach for chocolate or coffee just to get by. Claire’s approach is all about making nutrition simple, sustainable, and effective, so you can stay focused, productive, and feel your best.
