We are very pleased to host our ‘Women’s Wellbeing Evening’ for 2024, a special event to celebrate, inspire and empower women in our local area. During the evening, there will be talks from guest motivational speakers who will share their knowledge on a wide range of self-care topics. There will also be a variety of practitioners demonstrating the benefits of how holistic approaches can help support your physical and mental wellbeing, including prioritising self-care, meditation, menopause and more!
Refreshments will be available along with the chance to browse a selection of local stalls offering a range of complementary therapies and products.
