Women's Warrior Self Defense Program
Ready to boost your confidence and learn some powerful self-defense moves? Join our Women’s Warrior Self Defense Program—an in-person experience designed just for you! Whether you’re a total beginner or want to sharpen your skills, this program’s got your back. Meet awesome ladies, get active, and feel unstoppable. Don’t miss out on this empowering journey!
You are welcome to join us for the hands-on, Fundamentals Class held the first Sunday or Wednesday of the month where you will learn the foundational fundementals of safety, mindset, striking and escaping as it applies to women's self-defense.
Or, join us for all 4-classes of the Women's Warrior Program. This option begins with the Fundamentals Class held the first week of the month and continues with 3 more classes in which you will learn to become your own best protector by learning advanced strikes, advanced escapes, ground defense and a practical scenario- based simulation to try out your new warrior mindset and skills.
The 4-Class Option is held as follows: 1st Class held the 1st week of the month, 2nd Class held 2nd week, 3rd Class held 3rd week, 4th class held 4th week. Each class is offerd on Wednesdays 6pm and Sundays 4pm, you can choose any days that work for you and you get 3 months to complete the program.
- Open to females ages 10 and over
- Males may not stay during class
- Must have a signed waiver to participate
