Join Wetlands Park for our Women’s Walk! Enjoy a guided walk with a Park Naturalist as we reflect on our relationships with nature in a safe and inclusive environment. Focused on mental and physical health, this Women’s walk is a time for women of all ages and occupations to come together, make new friendships, and enjoy the unique beauty of Wetlands Park. Each walk explores a different theme or topic focusing on human relationships with nature. For the month of April, participants will learn about the basics of birding. Wetlands Park is home to over 300 species of birds including migratory species. Join a Park Naturalist as we explore the park and learn about the basics of birding identification and binocular use. Binoculars will be provided. Registration is $5 per woman.
