The Women's Volleyball Club at Fresno State is fundraising with an outdoor grass tournament for our 4-day trip to Las Vegas for the Las Vegas Classics, a collegiate club volleyball tournament, where we compete against teams from around the country.We love the sport of volleyball, and we know our community does too. This tournament not only helps us raise funds for travel but also gives us another opportunity to give back to our community and share our love for the sport of volleyball!
REGISTRATION:
$65 Early Bird Registration, By December 24th
$80 Late Registration, Payments Made after Dec 24th
Waiver and Liability forms will be sent out once spot is RSVP'd
** Individuals under the age of 18 must have a PARENT/GUARDIAN sign forms
-ALL FORMS AND PAYMENTS ARE DUE DAY OF TOURNAMENT BEFORE CAPTAINS' MEETING @745AM!

RULES:
6vs6
Minimum 3 Women on the court at all times, no limit on roster.
Net will be set at COED height.
A female must contact the ball once before it goes over the net.
**ONLY exception --> Overpasses in a single contact (Rule will be explained further during captain's meeting day of)
International/ Indoor Rules
- can open hand receive on serve
- double rules according to NCAA
-double contact on second contact is allowed if the ball is remains on your side of the net with a third contact getting the ball over
- double contact that is sent over the net to the opponent results in loss of point
- Team rosters cannot be adjusted/changed after first serve
- Participants are not allowed to play for multiple teams
Pool Play- 2 sets to 21, cap at 25
Bracket Play- SINGLE elimination, best 2 out of 3 sets to 25 (CAP at 27), 3rd set to 15 (CAP at 17).
**Teams will take turns in reffing games within their pools, losing teams will ref in brackets
