Women's Sunset Lifestyle Series: Women's Health Workshop Hosted

Welcome to the second event in our Women's Sunset Lifestyle Series hosted by Gemma Lee. To kick off our next event we will be diving into womens health with industry-leading Female health Nutritionist, Amanda Mercer.

As the sun begins to set, you'll unwind with a rejuvenating Pilates session, feeling the day's stress melt away as you connect with your body and the natural beauty around you.

Afterward, indulge in a delicious, wholesome dessert, the kind that nourishes not just your body but your soul too. Connect with like-minded women who inspire and uplift—and meet new friends who will walk alongside you on your journey of growth and self-discovery.

The evening continues with an engaging & educational workshop with Female health Nutritionist, Amanda Mercer, where you’ll learn more about your hormones and the menstrual cycle, metabolism and the impact your lifestyle can have on your hormones. You will leave armed with knowledge and practical tips to support your hormones and overall health.

This event is a chance to learn, to be inspired, and to envision the life you’ve always dreamed of—one where self-care, active-living, and wellness are at the heart of your daily routine.

Timing:

6:30pm: Doors open. Come early to meet Gemma Lee and try on her latest swimwear collection, Aloha Avenue

7-8pm: Pilates session as the sun sets

8pm: Dessert & Hot Drinks

8:15pm- 9:15pm: Women's Health Workshop led by Female health Nutritionist, Amanda Mercer

9:30pm- Wrap up
