Join a circle of women for our monthly Sunrise Beach Walk at Sunglow Pier in Daytona Beach Shores. We’ll begin with a gentle guided mindfulness practice as the sun rises over the water, then walk together in presence, peace, and connection.

Come as you are. All women are welcome — no experience needed. Just bring yourself, a water bottle, and anything that makes you comfortable (a towel, warm layer, journal, etc.).

PARKING: There is a Park Volusia parking lot located at Sunglow Pier. Volusia Residents park for free when their vehicle is registered in advance (go to: Permits.ParkVolusia.org). If you are not a Volusia resident, you will be charged to park in this lot.
FREE PARKING is available to all Volusia residents & non-residents across the street in the Crabby Joes parking lot
