We invite you to step out of the business of life for ‘a day’ to reset your body and mind while you transition into the season of Spring - a time of change, renewal, and rejuvenation. Join us for a meaningful and joyful day of connection through gentle yoga, surfing, sauna, botanicals and delicious plant-based seasonal food (made by your hosts).
This retreat is designed exclusively for women, providing a safe and empowering space to relax, recharge, and rediscover your inner strength. Whether you're a seasoned yogi/surfer or a beginner, this retreat is open to all levels of experience.

This retreat is an opportunity to connect with like-minded women, forming lasting friendships and fostering a sense of community while engaging in meaningful conversations and support each other especially in the ocean and on the mat.
What to expect on the day
- Warm & welcoming space to relax & unwind
- 2 x Gentle Yoga sessions (Hatha & Yin) suitable for beginners
- 1.5 hour Surf Lesson with Esplanade Surf School incl. all the gear
- Warm up & relax in a Oranga Sauna after the surf
- Nourished plant based food made by your hosts
- Endless cups of coffee & herbal tea
- Learn to create lovely rituals with subtle aromatherapy
- Make a bespoke Botanical blend to support your emotional wellbeing
- Connect with nature, the ocean & other like-minded women
- Goodie Bag! Packed with beautiful local self-care creations

What to bring
Drink bottle, warm comfortable clothes, towel, swimwear, sunblock, open mind.
Important things to know
- Yoga mats and surf equipment provided.
- The retreat starts at 8.30am with a welcome and 9am yoga session. The day will have a relaxing flow & finish with a closing at 4.30pm.
- Spaces are limited to 8 to keep this day retreat intimate. It is our honour to create a space where you will feel safe, nourished & connected.
- Surf lesson is tailored to your skill level. Our expert surf instructors will ensure you have a fantastic time while learning the art of surfing.
