Join us for a Weekly Women's Walk and Talk!Get ready to lace up your sneakers and hit the trail for an early evening stroll while chatting and meeting some new ladies. Meet us in the parking lot near the corner of Spall and Clement, where there is lots of free parking. We will spend some time enjoying the outdoors and connecting with other women in the community.
Whether you're looking to meet new friends, get some exercise, or simply enjoy the fresh air, the Weekly Women's Walk and Talk is the perfect opportunity. So grab a friend or come solo – all are welcome!
Don't miss out on this chance to bond, laugh, and walk together. Who knows, we might even grab a coffee, tea, soda, or snack afterwards to keep the conversations flowing. Feel free to bring your furry friend along for the walk!
Bring yourself, your comfy shoes, a bottle of water, a light jacket and meet us on Thursday at 6:00 pm! Women of all ages are welcome, however the majority will be 45+.
In case of rain or inclement weather, we can still meet at the same spot and time but we'll adapt and head to a nearby restaurant for beverages, a snack and delightful conversation.
*Note: The Weekly Women's Walk and Talk is a leisurely stroll, not a strenuous or speed-walking event. Rest assured, the organizer will choose paths that are considered safe for participants.
