Enjoy gentle yoga, meditation, mantra, sound healing, relaxation, dance, creativity, sister circle sharing, group energy healing, and lunch together.
This is a day focused on self-love, gentle care, and lifting each other up in joy.
Bring your journals and simple drawing supplies for a fun self-exploration and magical creation exercise.
BYO light lunch, water bottle, yoga mat if you have one, anything you need to be comfy and cozy.
No experience necessary to participate.
