Class covers many topics, including: hand to hand self defense, non lethal defense, pepper spray, kubaton, situational awareness, how to be a hard target, criminology, home and travel safety and more!
Grab your girlfriends, mom, aunt, grandma, daughters and sisters and learn how to kick some bad guy butt in a judgment free environment! Women of all ages welcome, teens and pre-teens too!
