Join us as Gracie Barra Jiu Jitsu and The Range host a Womens Self Defense Workshop focusing on both ground fighting and stand up striking. The workshop is a 2 session 2 hour each course ( 1 session avail) March 19th and April 2nd. We will focus on choke escapes & attacks, throws, striking & situational fighting and defense. ages 16 and up.
