DEFENSIVE TOOL SELECTION: Explore various self-defense tools and how to integrate them into your daily life. Find out which options work best for you and how to carry them discreetly.
ESCAPING: Master straightforward and powerful techniques to escape from an attacker when awareness and avoidance aren't enough. Learn effective strikes and moves that anyone can perform.
