Women's Self Defense Workshop

Chozen Martial Arts Academy is offering this workshop free to the local community. This event is designed for women and girls ages 13 & up. During this event you will discover:

• Predator mindset
• Pre-attack cues
• Proper use of your body's weapons
• Ideal striking targets
• Risk reduction tactics

Please wear comfortable clothing as we will work through physical drills and exercises.
