This action packed class will be for girls and Women of all ages only. Great for Mother/ daughter, group of friends, coworkers and anyone looking to become more knowledgeable! Class is taught by female instructor, Sensei Candy, a certified 3rd Degree Black Belt rape survivor. Unlike your typical self defense class, anyone can benefit. Because our classes are self defense based, it helps the individual defend themselves no matter the limitations.
