On Saturday April 12th from 2-4 pm we will be hosting a Women's Self Defense Seminar focusing on defending yourself from the ground. It is a common occurrence to be knocked or brought to the ground in an attack. This women's self-defense seminar is designed to empower participants with practical techniques and strategies for personal safety. Led by experienced instructors, the seminar covers essential self-defense skills, including awareness tactics, assertiveness, and situational response. Participants will learn effective ways to identify and avoid potential threats, along with hands-on techniques for escaping common holds and attacks on the ground. The atmosphere is supportive and inclusive, ensuring that everyone, regardless of age or physical fitness, feels confident and capable.
