About the Instructor:
Bert Campbell, a 2nd-degree black belt in Shodokan karate, brings over 16 years of experience training under the Zen Do Kai system in New York, along with six years of club management experience. Bert has trained alongside renowned martial artists Relson Gracie, Kurt Pellegrino, and Carlos Newton, and his instruction style is designed to be inclusive and accessible to all levels.
