No one should fear to do what they love, especially hiking, trail running and mountain biking on our favorite trails!
Join us for this free clinic with Jefferson county park rangers where we will learn techniques to fight back and stay safe on the trails. RSVP now, spaces are limited!!
Please invite friends and share with other ladies you love so they can also learn to defend themselves with confidence!
The self defense techniques in this class will be from a blend of different martial arts practices. You will learn basic strikes, kicks, and escapes from common attacks and situational awareness to hopefully avoid being in a dangerous situation in the first place!
This is a hands-on class, come prepared to move around and have a TON of fun with new trail friends.
There is a $5 suggested donation that will go directly to Jeffco open space to fund more special and important programs like this one.
