Gain experience from our second degree black belt instructor, Domina Rose who has practiced martial arts for over 10 years. In her teaching, she combines theory with application and includes several resources for you to take part of, while creating community, so you know you're not in this alone.

Due to the nature of these classes, please be aware that unlike most self-defense classes that are structured in a course-like format and have a timeframe for when they begin and end, our classes will be ongoing and structured based on your experience.

While no experience is necessary to attend, Domina Rose makes sure that in her classes, she meets you where you are and helps build up youre skills from there.

Domina Rose believes that no woman should ever feel scared or vulnerable, so her teaching style ensures that within every class, you gain the value of feeling more confident every week.
