Learn essential self-defense techniques in a fun and empowering environment. Heather is a certified Defensive Tactics Instructor and a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu blue belt. With over 20 years in law enforcement, she currently serves as a Captain with the NJ Institute of Technology Police Department and is the President of New Jersey Women in Law Enforcement. Drawing on her professional expertise and personal resilience as a survivor. She is passionate about empowering others with practical skills for safety, confidence, and self-defense.This in-person event will take place at The Cafe Luna.
