This FREE Women's Self-Defense class is hosted by 33 year practicing martial artist and self-defense instructor, Shayne Hiatt. It is designed for Women (kids are allowed to come). The class teaches women how to use their current skill sets to protect themselves in vulnerable situations.
Participation in any move is optional and we do everything we can to make you feel safe in this environment.
