**Class limited to 20 participants. First come, first served.**This two hour class is led by Jennifer Samples from the Cleveland Police Department and will be an overview self-defense and safety for women.
It's open to any ladies 18+ years old and will be a mix of discussion and hands-on activities.
You'll also hear about local safety concerns, self-defense laws, awareness skills, and personal defense tactics.
